shop reneged on project deadline after quality issues surfaced.
With less than 75% of project time remaining, parent
company contracted Supermatic.
The parent company was in the all to familiar position of
losing several additional unit sales if order fulfillment of
this first release was compromised.
Supermatic needed only 48 hours to tool-up for this
ultra-precise component.
With the ability to run at full production capacity for
125 hours per week, Supermatic met this deadline.
Supermatic is now the fabrication solution for this
company on this and several components of their bio-medical
product requirements |

"There
are no insignificant components in the manufacturing process, at
Supermatic we take great pride in providing our parts ahead of
schedule."

Project
had to fulfill added demand for the parent
companies much successful high performance autoshock.
After other companies were simply unable or unwilling to
accommodate parent company’s brisk deadline requirements,
Supermatic was able to arrive at a solution well within company
timeline parameters. Ensuring the “forward moving” manufacturing process is
what Supermatic
does best.
How
we did it:
Due
to machine redundancy with the proven Star Sr-20, Supermatic is
able to run at a tremendously high <125 hours/week>,
consistent, per unit operating capacity.
Says Ted Kobrynowicz, Supermatic Corporation’s
President, “Our primary advantage over all other shops is our
ability to run a brisk manufacturing pace without compromising
any integral part of the precision fabrication process.” |
